I’ve been around trades-based businesses for 20+ years, as an owner and office manager, so I know what’s involved in running a trades-based business.
As a Certified Bookkeeper, I'm well versed in general office admin and the financial aspects of running a business. I'm also a lover of creating and following processes, managing payroll, setting up paperless offices, and yes, I'm possibly slightly OCD about numbers!
By working with me, you get to focus IN and ON your business - knowing your bookkeeping, payroll, and office administration tasks are safe, accurate, and up to date.
The Process
After you have filled out the online Contact Form, I'll email you to make an appointment for a discovery call via Zoom.
During this discovery call, I'll find out how I can best help you and whether we'd be a great fit for each other.
Next, you'll get a personalised Proposal based on your needs.
If you're ready to go ahead, you'll let me know and I'll email out a Service Agreement.
After you've signed and returned the Service Agreement, we'll arrange a Zoom call to sort the handover process (email addresses, bank account details, passwords etc.)
The next step is I start undertaking the tasks we have agreed on, and you get more time to work in and on your business or your leisure time back!!
