Why choose Sue Gray Virtual Assistant?
I’ve been around trades-based businesses for 20+ years, as an owner and office manager, so I know what’s involved in running a trades-based business.
As a Certified Bookkeeper, I'm well versed in general office admin and the financial aspects of running a business. I'm also a lover of creating and following processes, managing payroll, setting up paperless offices, and yes, I'm possibly slightly OCD about numbers!
By working with me, you get to focus IN and ON your business - knowing your bookkeeping, payroll, and office administration tasks are safe, accurate, and up to date.

Frequently asked questions
How do you keep my financial data safe?
I consider the confidentiality and security of your financial data as my top priority.
My computer is password-protected and I use McAfee Security along with Xero Two-Factor Athentication. Any logins/passwords you authorise me to use will be kept secure in my password vault - 1Password.
How does the process of outsourcing bookkeeping work?
I would recommend that I carry out a review of your current bookkeeping balances, to make sure they are all correct to start with. If you are not already using Xero, I hold a Xero Migration certification, and would recommend that I transfer your bookkeeping to Xero. Then it is over to you – do you want me to take over everything at once, or one thing at a time? If I come up with ideas to streamline your current systems/processes I will of course discuss these with you before making any changes/improvements.
How flexible are your services? Can they grow and adapt as my business does?
My bookkeeping and admin services are designed with flexibility in mind to accommodate the growing needs of your business. I understand that no two businesses are the same, and changes are inevitable as your business evolves.
You have the ability to scale my services up or down based on your requirements. Whether you are a small business just starting out and needing basic bookkeeping support or a larger, established organisation requiring a wide range of bookkeeping services, I can tailor my offerings to suit.
